A Christmas Evening

Children's Book Festival 2007 - Prize Winners Award Ceremony

On Friday 7th December, Watch House Cross Community Library presented prizes to the winners of the Children's Book Festival Art & Colouring Competition 2007. Over twenty children were presented with prizes, and our current Mayor, Councillor Ger Fahy was present to do the honours.
Well done to all who entered the competition this year!

Local Artists Launch Exhibition

This evening in the Library at Watch House Cross two local artists Margaret Ray and Tomas O ‘ Maoldomhnaigh launched an exhibition of their own work of original painting’s which depict scenes of Limerick City ,coastal scenes, sporting and people. For more information see the limerick blogger article
